Son of a Chef

It’s been a while. There’s a lot of delicious food to catch up on and post about. This was a delicious pork neck restaurant in the city.

Pork neck (특목살) is particularly delicious. Its tenderness is delightful and it chews so nicely. I could eat more of it easily.

It’s a food that goes well with a beer. The price has been going up lately but you can still find it affordably in good neighborhoods.
